ACHC has created a Distinction in Palliative Care that can be achieved in combination with ACHC Home Health, Hospice or Private Duty Accreditation to help you demonstrate your commitment to quality patient care. The standards for this Distinction are based on the National Consensus Project's Clinical Practice Guidelines for Quality Palliative Care and developed in coordination with a committee of industry leaders.
